I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t. The shape felt kind of awkward right away, and after a few minutes I was more focused on how uncomfortable it was than anything else, so it definitely wasn’t relaxing. I kept thinking maybe I was using it wrong, so I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but nope, same issue every time. The material also felt a little stiff against my skin, which didn’t help. Maybe it works great for other people, I don’t know, but for me it felt like a waste of money and I probably wouldn’t buy from here again.

I reached out to support hoping they’d actually help, but they really didn’t do anything. It felt like they just ignored me the whole time.

I’d probably give it 4 stars, mostly because the prices seemed fair from my point of view. I compared a few items with other sites before ordering, and nothing felt marked up or unreasonable. Shipping wasn’t super cheap, but it also didn’t feel like a ripoff. For what I bought, the overall cost made sense to me. If the prices stay around this range, I’d be comfortable ordering again.

I even checked back later after my sister reminded me to try again, and it was still the same situation. It’s frustrating seeing products listed on the site when you can’t actually buy them...
